An Individual or Team who work creatively and passionately using innovative ways of supporting people to deliver a positive impact on their lives.
PARTNERSHIP WORKING AWARD
An Individual or Team who have demonstrated excellence in working collaboratively with external partners or families to achieve positive outcomes for the People we support. These could be cross-sector collaboration, community engagement or joint initiatives.
Excellence in Therapeutic Practice AWARD
Celebrating outstanding use and promotion of therapeutic practice with People we support, the team and environment.
This award will be awarded to two people across Care and Education.

TEAM MEMBERS’ CHAMPION
An Individual who embodies the Phoenix values with their fellow Team Members fostering an inclusive, supportive and harmonious environment. This individual will be someone who values and supports their Team Members through understanding, support, and encouragement.
TEAM MEMBER OF THE YEAR (SUPPORTING ROLE)
An Individual who works within one of our Central Support functions or within a supporting role in our operational settings (e.g. administration, catering, caretaking, cleaning, housekeeping).
This Team Member will exemplify a passion for providing support, guidance or service to ensure our education and/or care teams are able to deliver the highest possible standards.

An Individual who inspires others by their creative and person-centred approaches in delivering a great quality of care with warmth and understanding to enable individuals to live independently, promote wellbeing and gain opportunities and experiences.

An Individual who delivers high quality care and support through a nurturing and therapeutic approach, enabling children to feel safe, to develop and enjoy life and to achieve their personal goals and outcomes.

An Individual who is committed to improving the educational aspirations and achievement of Pupils and Learners in our schools and colleges. Leading by example and bringing about high-quality learning experiences, respecting key values in society and supporting educational outcomes and opportunities.

An individual or group of individuals who have made a special contribution across a single exceptional act or given extraordinary commitment to their role and the People we support over a dedicated period of time.
