Our Purpose

We believe that every individual should have the opportunity to flourish, no matter what their challenges may be. We provide services that allow people to flourish and where support is provided in a bespoke and flexible manner.

Phoenix is about putting the individual at the centre of everything we do. It means whenever we make a decision, be it what to have for an evening meal in a children’s home, or wherever we should invest in a new school, the question we ask ourselves is what effect will this have on the young people, student or client we work for and how can we look to continually improve what we do for them.

By constantly having the focus on this purpose and constantly challenging ourselves to improve, we are able to ensure that we make decisions for the right reasons.

By being mindful and committed to these ideals, we uphold our founder’s passion for ensuring that all of those in our care are supported no matter what their need. We promote an environment where we can push beyond boundaries and pre-conceptions to create services and environments that help to develop the best in everyone everywhere.
