We are looking for a forward thinking, motivated and enthusiastic clinical psychologist to join our Integrated Therapies Team. You will be an HCPC registered psychological practitioner who can offer assessment, formulation and psychological interventions across our varied organisation. With our support you will promote emotional wellbeing and mental health in the young people whom we help and work with. You will have a passion for working with the most vulnerable young people, with children in care and/or with learning disabilities. You will understand how to work both directly and indirectly to support the network around young people and will join an organisation that is determined to offer bespoke, individualised and psychologically informed care.

Working for Phoenix in the new Integrated Therapies Team you’ll be a key player in one of the UK’s most innovative education and care organisations. Phoenix are an experienced provider of education and care services for children and young people across the South West.

The Integrated Therapies Team is employed directly by Phoenix and will comprise of clinical psychology, occupational therapy and speech and language therapy. The team seeks to deliver easily and equitably accessible, emotional wellbeing, mental health and physical therapies for the young people in its care.

We want to encourage a holistic approach to working with young people and are seeking a clinical psychologist that can carry a comprehensive caseload, deal with complex cases and offer a variety of interventions and training. Clinical psychologists trained in evidence based psychological interventions (e.g. positive behaviour support, cognitive behavioural therapy) and with experience of working with children in care using a network model are particularly well suited to the role.

We are looking for a forward thinking, motivated and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist to join our Integrated Therapies Team.

You will be a practitioner who can offer sensory assessments and treatment activities in both residential and educational settings, guiding modified sensory treatment on an individual basis. With our support you will promote activity, quality of life and the realisation of potential in people who are experiencing occupational disruption, deprivation, imbalance or isolation.

We  are seeking Support Workers to join our friendly, dynamic teams in Teignmouth who have the enthusiasm and empathy to  support our  young Adults with Autism and associated behaviours.You will, ideally, have already achieved a Diploma or NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (adults) or equivalent or be excited by the prospect of gaining a recognised qualification with full financial and practical support from us.You will preferably hold a current driving license, be able to remain calm in difficult situations and willing to work night shifts to cover our 24 hour operation.

Pay: £8.00 to £8.75 per hour (with time and a half over 40 hours)

Our support workers are the heartbeat of our organisation. We seek a variety of Support Workers to join our friendly, dynamic teams across our organisation including full time, night waking and bank roles.

Whilst experience in the care sector is preferred, we also want to hear from you if you have a real desire to learn the skills required to ensure all Children and Young People within our care flourish.

It is a requirement that all our Support Workers hold the Diploma Level 3 in Social Care with the Childcare Pathway, so you will either already hold this (or equivalent), or be excited by the prospect of gaining a recognised qualification with full financial and practical support from us.

You must be willing to work shifts to cover our 24 hour operation and ideally be a car driver.
