The Company is based in Devon and has services throughout the South West of England.

From humble beginnings operating a Children’s residential service additional homes were added and in 2012 education facilities including schools and a college were added to the company’s portfolio.

Phoenix Childcare Ltd (one of two trading companies) operate the Children’s homes and schools and Phoenix Learning and Care Ltd provides specialist further education for young adults between the ages of 16 and 25 years and residential care for high need individuals and assisted living services.

Today the Phoenix Group operate over 40 services, employ over 350 people and continues to grow and invest significantly in employee training and development.

The company’s belief that each Young Person should be treated as an individual and involved in decisions made about their lives whilst respecting the fact they have potentially made and will make mistakes in their journey remains as part of our DNA.

Phoenix has excellent working relationships with many local authorities and is listed on framework arrangements with individual authorities or collective local authorities in purchasing groups.

We are a preferred provider on many frameworks covering the South West of England across to the South East and inclusive of the Midlands. Phoenix is willing to engage and work with any Local Authority to assist in their needs either through our existing provisions or the development of new services or innovative care or education solutions local to the market.

Phoenix also care to private individuals who either self-fund or who may pay a top-up element to their fees.
